Refund Policy

There's nothing to refund

LoveCertain is completely free for every member who joins before 1 January 2028. We take no payment and store no card details, so there is no fee to return. This page exists because our old model (a one-time joining fee with a money-back guarantee) has been retired — the current offer is simpler: free.

If you were a paying member under the old model

Any commitments made to members who joined under the previous paid model are honoured in full. If you believe you're owed anything from that period, email [email protected] and we'll sort it out within five working days.

If paid plans are ever introduced

Should LoveCertain introduce paid plans after January 2028, this policy will be updated before any payment is taken, and any future refund terms will be published here first. Existing members will never be charged retroactively.
