Is LoveCertain really 100% free?
Yes. Every member who joins before 1 January 2028 gets the full product free — the assessment, all matches, messaging and date planning. No card details, no trial that converts, no premium tier.
Why free? What's the catch?
No catch. We're proving that matching on relationship science works before we charge anyone for it. A dating site's best marketing is couples who met on it.
What happens after January 2028?
If we introduce paid plans after that date, they will never apply retroactively to existing members without clear notice and consent. Anything you have — matches, conversations, profile — stays yours.
Do I need to enter card details?
Never. There is nothing to bill, so we don't ask.
What happened to the old joining fee?
Earlier versions of LoveCertain charged a one-time fee to join. That model has been retired. The current offer is simpler: completely free for everyone who joins before January 2028.
