Who can join
You must be 18 or older, single, and genuinely seeking a relationship. One account per person, with truthful information — the matching only works if the answers are honest.
The free period
LoveCertain is completely free for every member who joins before 1 January 2028 — no card details, no subscription, no hidden tier. If paid plans are introduced after that date, they will never apply retroactively to existing members without clear notice and consent.
Community rules
Be who your profile says you are. No harassment, no abusive messages, no soliciting money, no commercial use. Breaking these rules means immediate and permanent removal.
Safety
We verify profiles and moderate reports quickly, but meeting people carries inherent risk. Meet first in public places, tell someone where you're going, and report any concerning behaviour to us immediately.
No guarantee of a relationship
We match on the factors research links to lasting relationships, and we only show matches above 70% compatibility — but no algorithm can promise chemistry. What we promise is honesty about how the matching works.
Ending your account
Leave whenever you like — ideally because it worked. Deleting your account removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
